サッカーギャンブル is the SCSK Group’s social contribution activities, in which initiatives such as fostering the next generation, promoting an inclusive society, encouraging international cooperation, protecting the global environment, and conserving biodiversity are taken to build a society where anyone can feel happy. サッカーギャンブル was launched in 2008 as a system for employees' voluntary social contribution activities.
We have been actively involved in numerous issues confronting society by raising employees' awareness of social issues through initiatives such as jointly hosting charity events with NPOs, holding online lectures by inviting organizations addressing social issues, and participating in social contribution サッカーギャンブル.

The サッカーギャンブル allow them to be aware of things related to social issues and diversity, provides them with a sense of fulfillment, and serve as opportunities for them to use the skills they have cultivated through business. In addition, employees contribute to local communities by providing ongoing support for social contribution organizations acting locally in our business locations.

Provision of PC Rooms to Junior High Schools in Cambodia and Interactions with Students of One of the Schools via the Internet
サッカーギャンブル donated classrooms and dozens of PCs and peripherals for PC education to two junior high schools in Cambodia (Donti Junior High School in Tboung Khmum Province and the SCSK Prey Veng School for Dreams in Prey Veng Province). The donation was aimed at providing children in a developing country with opportunities to receive IT education, thus promoting stable employment and helping children go on to access further education. We have provided the SCSK Prey Veng School for Dreams with an internet environment. About once a month, we interact with students of the school via the internet, giving them opportunities to communicate in English. We also provide them with online English conversation lessons, which are given by professionals in English education, to improve their English proficiency.

Participation in サッカーギャンブル of e-Net Caravan
The recent popularization of smartphones and game consoles with communication function has greatly changed the environment where children are exposed to information from the internet. This has led to an increase in cases where children are involved in trouble. We therefore participate in サッカーギャンブル of e-Net Caravan to deal with internet-related trouble that involve children. Employees who have received training to be certified as lecturers from the Foundation for MultiMedia Communications visit schools in various areas -- such as places where they work, where they live, and where they are from -- to give classes as volunteer lecturers. We are also committed to spreading the サッカーギャンブル, such as holding e-Net Security Class, an internal online class where we exchange opinions about the environment surrounding children.

Development of Sustainable Local Communities
A lecture meeting held, themed on development of sustainable local communities
We held a lecture meeting by inviting Mr. Takakazu Kameyama, the representative of Hamanone, a general incorporated association. Mr. Kameyama established Hamanone in Ishinomaki City, Miyagi, to reconstruct the areas affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake. We exchanged opinions about what we can do for the Hamagurihama area while living in urban areas, as well as the future vision of the area.

After the lecture, participants were divided into groups, where they exchanged opinions.
サッカーギャンブル has been supporting the reconstruction of areas affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake and the Kumamoto Earthquake.
When the areas were affected by the disaster, we implemented a number of activities, including support for Project Yui, an initiative to watch over children, hosting of Shinonome Flower Studio for providing solace to people who were displaced due to the disaster, the provision of a playground for children from affected areas through CAMP Workshop as social contribution activities of the SCSK Group, and pro bono activities carried out using サッカーギャンブル. These activities made us aware of the importance of disaster prevention and many social issues that have emerged due to the disaster, such as depopulation occurring in various parts of Japan.
More than ten years after the Great East Japan Earthquake, we are driving サッカーギャンブル together with NPOs working for the local communities, aiming to develop sustainable local communities.
